Cleaning:
For the final cleaning and the CheckIN / CheckOUT service we charge a one-time fee of 200 €, regardless of the duration of the stay.

Prepayment:
For a binding booking a prepayment of 15% of the booking price is due. The rest at least 2 weeks before departure.

Deposit:
The deposit to be made is 500 €, which must be paid in cash on arrival, against receipt.

Special conditions:
When renting for more than 3 calendar weeks special rates are possible.

Arrival and departure:
Basically every Saturday in the season.

Service & Support:
The specific handling of the rental (eg, key collection, briefing) is carried out by an english-speaking representative on site. This service company can also assist you with other matters such as bedding, housekeeping and event information. If necessary, however, separate costs may apply (inquire beforehand).

The exact address and directions with map are available after payment of the deposit.
